Eric McCabe and his team have served over 6,000 homebuyers throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania for more than 30 years. The McCabe Mortgage Group team has more than 300 plus years of combined industry experience, is well versed in all aspects of residential mortgage lending and is proud to feature a mortgage product line that is second to none.

Featured product lines include FHA Loans with 3.50% down, Zero-Money-Down VA Loans for Veterans, USDA, Fannie Mae and many other mortgage products. His team processes and closes all home loans locally and works closely with the local Realtor community to close accurately and efficiently.

Eric is the former President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of NEPA, a graduate of Leadership Wilkes-Barre Class of 2008, and a former Board Member of the Builder’s Association of NEPA. He is a graduate of Lake Lehman High School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kings College.

Eric and his wife are the proud parents of 7 children – Abbey, James, Kat, Maggie, Will, Michael and Andrew. The McCabes reside in Shavertown, Pennsylvania with the exception of Andrew, who also works for Benchmark Mortgage as a Mortgage Consultant, and his wife Katie who currently reside in Houston, Texas.
